Iwona Paszewska
Procurement Analyst
Iwona comes with a wealth of knowledge in the financial sector. Additionally, she has 6 years of experience in processes transformation and automation, project management and business analysis. She brings a lot of skills including lean six sigma usage, identifying savings opportunities, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate.

Francisco has over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Optimisation and Contract & Cost Management with a focus on Operational Procurement. His expertise areas move across Automotive, Aviation and Financial Services.

Dagmara Tuleja
Strategic Sourcing Manager
Almost 20 years of professional experience, including over 10 years in procurement. Building the supply chain, managing cost optimization and supplier relationships, worked through different categories and market sectors. Dagmara appreciates working with people, while managing costs and achieving goals.

Rafał Osika
Strategic Sourcing Manager
More than 10 years experience in technology companies in Service Management area especially Supplier, Contract, Procurement and Vendor Management. He was responsible for processing new orders and renewing existing contracts for vendors like Oracle, RedHat, VMware, IBM, Lenovo. Microsoft or Kyndryl.

Anna Korchut

Anna has 12 years of procurement experience, working for international brands across oil & gas, airline, and banking industries. In her previous role she has been managing a successful team of strategic sourcing professionals and leading procurement function for selected markets. Anna’s area of expertise is contingent workforce and optimization solutions within HR area.

Over 16 years of experience in Supply Chain Services, Procurement and Vendor Management within different areas (permanent recruitment, outplacement services, employee benefits and facility management) across multiple geography’s locations and business areas. Solution oriented with extensive experience in end to end sourcing processes, including contract negotiations, tendering and supplier selection processes.

With over 30 years of Consulting experience, John has specialised in Outsourced Human Resources, including Global Shared Service Centres, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Workforce Planning, with associated procurement and third party relationship management. John has extensive international experience delivering client solutions in APAC, EMEA, UK and NAM across varied industries (Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Financial Services, IT and Legal).

Małgorzata Baran
Strategic Sourcing Manager
Małgorzata brings over 12 years of international experience in procurement and a strong legal background. She specializes in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and legal advisory. She has led sourcing strategies, negotiated complex contracts across EMEA, UK, and APAC, and driven supplier consolidation and cost optimization. In her most recent role, Gosia focused on workforce management solutions, building global strategies for clients and strengthening supplier relationships.

Ewelina has a couple of years of experience in data analysis, data modelling and data governance. She was responsible for managing HR database and processes automations in Business Intelligence and Data Insights & Analytics teams.
